Here's what I've got so far: the show will be shorter and cheaper. It will be in the middle of the country, probably in a barbecue city (St. Louis has the best airport and thus becomes the front runner, but I'm talking to people at Little Rock and Kansas City and some other places too).

I'm thinking the end of September or the start of October.

Where should it be? How can we make it better for attendees and ISP associations?
